The following points, in particular, help to clarify what is and what is not included in the scope of Fabasoft app.telemetry.

  • The standard Fabasoft app.telemetry product contains no adjustments to meet the specific needs of individual data centers.
  • Through integration of third-party products and operating system functions, Fabasoft app.telemetry supports particular user login methods in accordance with the software product information for Fabasoft app.telemetry. The technical implementation of a selected and supported login method, the licensing and installation of third-party products and integration in the network infrastructure are not part of the product’s range of functions.
  • Through integration of third-party products and operating system functions, Fabasoft app.telemetry supports particular e-mail systems in accordance with the software product information for Fabasoft app.telemetry. The licensing, installation and maintenance of these systems is not part of the product’s range of functions.
  • The technical implementation concept for a scalable solution, as well as the required dimensioning of the servers and the accompanying technical and organizational measures are not part of the product’s range of functions.
  • When setting up a production environment, comprehensive infrastructure tests are required, particularly in the areas of scalability, stability, system reliability, availability, performance, backup and recovery, disaster recovery and security.
  • The definition and implementation of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) is not part of the product’s range of functions.
